Pharmacologic property:
Antihistamine. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride constricts vessels of upper respiratory tract and paranasal sinus mucosa, thereby reducing their edema. Phenyltoloxamine Citrate reduces rhinitis, lacrimation and other symptoms of cold and allergy. Chlorpheniramine Maleate has antiallergic effect, assists in edema reduction of respiratory tract mucosa and elimination of such symptoms as rhinitis, sneezing, nasal itch, lacrimation.
Indication and usage:
The medication is indicated for the relief of rhinorrhea and congestion associated with common cold, seasonal and/or perennial allergic rhinits and vasomotor rhinits.
