Pharmacodynamic: Acetaminophen has antipyretic, analgesic and mild anti-inflammatory action.

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin ?) actively involve in the regulation of oxidation-reduction processes and function of immune system, it increases the organism adoptive possibility and resistance against the infection agents. It involves in oxidation-reduction processes, carbohydrates metabolism process, steroid hormones synthesis, catecholamines synthesis and blood coagulability. It increases collagen synthesis, regeneration process and impairs capillary vessels permeability.  Vitamin ? enhances acetaminophen tolerance.

Pharmacokynetic: Drug components have independent metabolism ways. Acetaminophen metabolizes in the gut. Glucuronid and acetaminophen sulfate are formed.T1/2 of acetominophen is 2 to 2.5 h. It becomes longer after the use of the large doses and in patients with the liver diseases. Paracetamol is excreted with urine (85% of the single dose of acetaminophen is excreted within 24 h). The excretion worsens considerably in case the renal excretory function is impaired, which may result in the accumulation of acetaminophen and products of its metabolism in the body.

Ascorbic acid has intestinal absorption. Peak concentration is reach at 4 hour after administration. It intensively distributed into leukocytes, trombocytes and numerous tissues. Ascorbic acid undergoes biotransformation in the gut. Elimination is renal, with urinary excretion partly as metabolites.
