Pharmacologic property:
Anti-edema agent for use during diseases of nasal cavity. Oxymetazoline constricts vessels, reduces edema and mitigates irritated nasal mucosa, therefore restores nasal breathing. Constriction of vessels of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinus comes in 5-10 minutes after the introduction of medication into the nasal cavity. Anti-edema action lasts up to 12 hours.
Indication and usage:
Allergic diseases and common cold, influenza and other viral respiratory infections, accompanied by acute rhinitis, antritis or other sinusitis.
